An Ice Cream and Make Up Lover's Dream Collaboration

The Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) is a sweets and ice cream lover's dream. The museum features rooms centered around ice cream themes, including a pool filled with sprinkles that you can lay in. Who wouldn't want to go to this museum and snap a bunch of Instagram worthy pictures? The MOIC has gained a lot of popularity over the past several years since I wrote my previous blog post about it. They now have a permanent location in San Francisco, a taste truck, they are selling pints of their ice cream at the pint store and other retailers and they have added a couple more locations. If you haven't heard of the Museum of Ice Cream before, you should definitely look at their Instagram. This is a place worthy of holding a spot on your bucket list.

Recently MOIC  has collaborated with Sephora to get their foot into the beauty market. Their collaboration has produced a limited edition makeup collection for the holiday season. This collection includes the dream team pigment palette, the I SCREAM Charm Bracelet with lip balm in some of the charms ($28), a Let Them Eat Popsicles Lip Set ($34), a Rainbow Sherbet False Lash Set ($18), a Sprinkle Pool Clutch and Brush Set ($65) and a Sugar Wafer Face Palette ($36). This collaboration became available for purchase not the Sephora App on September 19 and launched in-store September 20. The item I'm most excited about and am thinking about purchasing is the sprinkle pool clutch and brush set. The brushes seem to be the most popular item, since I haven't been able to find them in stock online at Sephora. This collaboration is pretty pricey for a college student, which is stopping me from actually making a purchase. The brush set and clutch is $65 plus tax and shipping if I can't find it in-store somewhere. I'm not exactly sure how long the collection will be available to purchase since it's limited addition, but I hope it will be through the whole holiday season so I can get a look at it in-store!
